Early in the project, once the workshop space was up and running, we wanted to create a logo for Walter’s Tools and we thought back to the original meaning of the word ‘brand’ which seemed so fitting for this project. Our star blacksmith, Shaun Bainbridge, forged a letter W, attached it to an iron rod, and we had a brand, a logo and a new tool!

Good news…We do also have little W for punching!
A brilliant idea – would it be possible to make a much smaller one and do something to harden it so that it could be used as a punch to mark metal and smaller items?
